I work on projects from problem space definition through to implementation, as well as helping to evolve existing products and services.
Over the past 12 years I've worked with start ups, small business and large international & UK corporations such as Honda, Deutsche Telekom, BT, Standard Life and Tesco.

I extensively use data and qualitative research in combination to help identify problems, understand requirements and measure hypotheses.

I ask lots of questions. I enjoy digging into the details and pulling together the pieces to create order and understand 'why'.

I thrive in rapid design & development cycles using a lean approach to experiment and validate assumptions.

I enjoy working in multi-disciplinary teams and like to involve people from all backgrounds in the design process.
